Today marks a huge change in focus for my life and for my business. Coming into Real Estate at the age of 21and successfully grown my business for the past 18 months has been great and I have enjoyed every moment of it, even though the market is tough I have excelled. Over the past 18 months I have created a great rapour and a relationship with many people in New Plymouth which will last for many years to come. The road has only just begun and I want to make it even better.
Today I am bringing on someone who will be working alongside me and taking over in my Real Estate business in New Plymouth. Loren will be a great asset to Real Estate in New Plymouth. At 34 years of age, Loren has already had significant life experience. She worked on Superyachts around the Mediterranean and Caribbean for several years. She also lived and worked in the Whitsunday’s Australia as a diving instructor on the Great Barrier Reef for three years, and was a successful travel consultant for 5 years in New Zealand . Loren’s diverse and well travelled background enables her to empathize with people from all walks of life.
Loren loves the sun, travel, people and is a keen guitar player. Just like me… Both Loren and I have served on the sea, and appreciate the great things New Plymouth has to offer.
Loren has a natural extraverted flair and has a balanced approach to property sales issues. Loren’s goal is to achieve the best sales outcome for her clients utilizing an energetic, enthusiastic and innovative sales approach.
Loren will do well and is taking in everything to do with the Real Estate market in New Plymouth. For the people of Westown you will get to learn Lorens face as we will be visiting past clients and people who want to talk about real estate.
This brings me to where I come to now. From January 5th 2009 I will be turning over a new leaf. With my fiancé moving to Christchurch I have been made to make the big decision to move on. I will be continuing my Real Estate Career at Harcourts Grenadier in the heart of Christchurch City and hope this way I can keep an active part of the work I have done so far. I look forward to this move with both enthusiasm and opportunity. A new market to focus on and I also have two websites that are due for release in 6 months time which I hope to start trialing in Christchurch which will help both agents and the public in their real estate needs.
I will miss New Plymouth which is the most livable city in the world, but this move is timely and in direction with my general growth as a person and in my business and with my family needs. I have great ideas that will help people in many ways and I will continue to do what I love.
I still have unfinished work to do up here in New Plymouth as well so for the next few months I am all go and full on so as I can give the best service to my clients. For any unfinished work Loren will be taking over from me to continue on with my work and to tighten the relationships with the people in Westown and New Plymouth.
All I can think is watch out Christchurch; you are about to be treated to one of the most enthusiastic real estate people I know.
Deon,
“may the wind always be at your back” and congratulations for all you have done so far and look forward to the continual success that you so richly deserve
