One offs are expensive, focus on ongoing relationships where you can work together, get to know one another, take a dance.
For the continual ongoing growing relationship is made up of thousands of small steps, each compounding the previous. It’s this approach which creates tremendous change.
I challenge anyone reading this blog to actaully come up with some constructive ways to keep that customer coming back.
What will you do. Will you create more fun, have a cheaper service, be more energetic and forthcoming, will you provide that extra bit value that your competitors cant match you with.
Or will you be the same as you have always been.
