My name is Deon Swiggs. I am a 23yr old guy from New Zealand trying dam hard to make a small difference in the way we deal and look at Real Estate. However as of late I have become, very much due to different circumstances, very interested in Healthy Homes. So this website is an attempt now to fit healthy homes with Real Estate trends, isn’t it the way of the future.
I live in Christchurch pretty much by myself – I have not yet left New Zealand to pursue a career in anything and earn myself a small pot of gold. I am loyal to this country but I must say it is getting increasingly hard to both save, live and get ahead. There aren’t a lot of things I would say I don’t like but if I had to say two it would be ticking noises and clutter. Business is my passion, I want to become a public speaker and or trainer of some sort. Time will tell on that dream – but I believe I have a great story to tell.I love motorsport, technology and golf. Pretty average stuff isnt it.

This blog has been running for just over a year free of charge and with over 300 articles written there is alot of awesome stuff here to help you both in the buy process, selling process and to learn about the market in general.
