We are encouraging prospective contractors to apply to undertake work for us by 19 May.

We use a panel (register) of contractors to undertake rivers, parks and biosecurity works, which are engaged via a tender process every three years.

The work is varied and includes the use of machinery for river management and earthworks, labour for tree works, fencing, weed control, planting, and pest/predator control.

The current tender contract is due to end on 30 June 2023 and ahead of this, the new registration of interest (ROI) has been placed on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS).

We encourage any prospective contractors to apply.

Pre-conditions do exist, which contractors can find on the ROI.

Registrations close 5pm Friday 19 May 2023.

The contract will include the ability for additional contractors to be added after 19 May, but it’s preferred that prospective suppliers register now.
